Name, Date of Birth, email, mobile number and address. – No data is stored on Podiatryandperformance.co.uk, the data is stored on our cloud based patient management and record software cliniko. Privacy policy for cliniko can be found here

Complete the contact us form:
Name, telephone number, email and any data you leave on the message box. – The data is sent to info@podiatryandperformance.co.uk this does add you to the mailing list.
